MON - FRI • 25, 45, & 55 MINUTES

Individual, partner, or small group personal training sessions offer goal specific training. Specialties include weight loss and weight management, sports performance, corrective and functional training. Whether you’re training for a marathon, preparing for a special occasion, or you simply want to move and feel better in your body, all sessions are tailored to your needs and goals.

Monthly subscription, single month, and multiple session packages available for personal training. Monthly subscription pricing requires a 3 month commitment.

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes such as Trap Boot Camp and Betty Boot Camp are seasonal. Please subscribe to newsletter for upcoming classes.

BETTY BOOT CAMP

An all women, high intensity, total body group class. The goal behind Betty Boot Camp is to empower women to own their strength while being comfortable in a space with other women. Classes are held two times a week and are 30 to 45 minutes long.

Fall (Intermediate/Advanced) Nov.1st - Jan. 31st. 45 minutes

Spring to Summer (All fitness levels) Mar. 7th - Aug. 31st

TRAP BOOT CAMP

A group workout experience like no other. Come sweat, dance, laugh, burn calories and compete for prizes while the DJ spins your favorite trap songs. Live performances, friendly competitions, and a ton of giveaways makes Trap Boot Camp the most fun boot camp in LA. Come for the workout, stay for the fun! Trap boot camp is an outdoor event and is held monthly, every summer.

 

VIRTUAL TRAINING

MON - SAT •25 & 45 MINUTES

Similar to in person training sessions, the only difference is, sessions are held remotely. Virtual training is ideal for clients living outside of the Los Angeles area, clients who are traveling, or who prefer working out of the comfort of their home.

Monthly subscription and multiple session packages available.

ONLINE TRAINING

24/7 •

Monthly customized program with 2 to 4 workouts per week. Online training is great for out of state clients, stay-at-home parents, clients who want to supplement their current workouts, or anyone who would rather receive their workouts ahead of time and work at their own pace. 8 - 12 week options available. Does not include meal plan.

Online program Includes:

Videos and descriptions of all exercises

Food diary

Progress tracker - photos progress and performance progress

1 to 2 monthly check-ins via phone or Skype depending on program
